The Elemental Impact Solutions team puts communities at the center of our work.
Communities are defined by the people who live and work within them. Our clients include individuals and business owners, nonprofits, agencies, and governing entities. Our process begins with understanding and assessing the goals, objectives, and challenges our clients face. Through data-driven analysis combined with innovative planning, we transform those challenges into strategic implementation plans that deliver measurable, meaningful results. The outcome is an accelerated path from planning to goal realization, with maximized economic impact.
By leveraging both internal expertise and trusted external partners, we help create, enhance, and sustain housing, education, jobs, and health and wellness for all. We begin by evaluating whether these critical components of a vibrant community are being met with opportunities that are the right kind, in the right amount, at the right price, and at the right time. You are always part of both the question and the solution. The economic and environmental impacts of every solution are integral to our approach.

Arrka Capital, based in Ellicott City, Maryland, is built for entrepreneurs who want more than just advice—they want results. We partner with founders to help them raise capital, scale their companies, drive sustainable growth, and ultimately plan for a successful exit.
If you’re preparing for a fundraise, we ensure you’re investor-ready with the right strategy, story, and connections to secure capital on favorable terms. For those looking to scale, we guide expansion into new markets, design go-to-market strategies for new product offerings, and strengthen operations so you can grow without breaking what’s working.
Growth looks different for every founder. Sometimes it’s organic growth—optimizing sales, marketing, and operations to increase revenue. Other times it’s growth through acquisition—using M&A to accelerate scale and market share. Arrka Capital brings the expertise and relationships to help you choose and execute the right path.
And when it’s time to think about the endgame, we focus on exit planning. From valuation strategy to preparing for buyers, we make sure your company is positioned to maximize its worth and give you the exit you deserve.
Our difference is a holistic approach. Instead of offering advice for just one stage, we support you through the entire founder journey—from the first raise to the final handshake at exit. With Arrka Capital, you don’t just get an advisor; you gain a partner committed to building and realizing the full potential of your business.
The Rural Maryland Council (RMC) brings together citizens, community-based organizations, federal, state, county and municipal government officials as well as representatives of the for-profit and nonprofit sectors to collectively address the needs of Rural Maryland communities. We provide a venue for members of agriculture and natural resource-based industries, health care facilities, educational institutions, economic and community development organizations, for-profit and nonprofit corporations, and government agencies to cross traditional boundaries, share information, and address in a more holistic way the special needs and opportunities in Rural Maryland.
Our goals are to:
- Encourage healthy, connected communities throughout Rural Maryland through convening of stakeholders, education, public relations, and advocacy.
- Support the development and growth of vibrant economies in Rural Maryland.
- Foster stewardship of Maryland’s natural resources.
- Maximize RMC outreach, resources and mission through financial and organizational development.
As a collaborative partnership, the RMC operates in a nonpartisan and nondiscriminatory manner. Policy-makers and managers from stakeholder agencies and organizations at all levels of government and the private sector are valued participants. Where practical, the decision-making undertaken by the RMC is made by reaching consensus.
RMC’s vision is a future where all of Rural Maryland is prosperous with thriving resources, vibrant economies, and healthy, connected communities.
